Biography

Rosalind Ross is a former champion equestrian vaulter & Hollywood writer who has written for TV shows like Homeward, Matador (a thriller) & Lioness.

As equestrian vaulter: Roasalind started horse riding at the early age of 9, She first competed in Europe with the Sundance Vaulting Club, She went all the way up to become a national champion, she retired as the most successful in that sport, later she became a script writer.

Education: She studied in Palo Alto High School from 2008-2012. after her career as Equestrian valuter she studied script writing from Emerson College (BFA Writing, Literature & Publishing) in Boston

Relationship with Mel Gibson: After Mel Gibson's split with then girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva in 2010, he and Rosalind Ross started dating in 2014, they met when she applied for a job in his production company "Icon". They eventually co-wrote for a short film together. She was at first sick of all the negative talks about their age difference in the media, she is happy with her choices and has learnt to not mind other people's opinions. Some of the close friends of Mel say "Last couple of years have been his happiest years." 

Gave birth to Son Lars Gerard: She gave birth to their first child (Mel Gibson's ninth), a baby boy named Lars Gerard Gibson, on 20th, January, 2017 in Los Angeles. The baby was born healthy with the weight of 2.4 kilos.

Charity work: she is a mentor at a charity foundation called 'AMBITION', an NGO dedicated to help underprivileged youngsters to become entrepreneurs.
