Biography
Rakul Preet Singh is an Indian film actress and model of Punjabi descent.

After modeling and participating at the Femina Miss India contest in 2011, she began an acting career. She is known for her works predominantly in Telugu cinema and Bollywood.

She said that she always dreamt of being an actress and began modelling at age 18, going on to enter the Miss India contest in 2011. Apart from the Miss India Poll, Rakul won four subtitles at the pageant including Pantaloons Femina Miss Fresh Face, Femina Miss Talented, Femina Miss Beautiful Smile and Femina Miss Beautiful Eyes.
