Jackie Shroff is an Indian actor.

He has been in the Hindi cinema (Bollywood) industry for almost 4 decades and has appeared in over 175 films in Nine languages (Hindi, Bengali, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Marathi, Tamil, Punjabi and Oriya).

Shroff was born Jaikishen Kakubhai Shroff born in Udgir Dist. Latur, Maharashtra, to a Gujarati father, Kakubhai and a Turkish mother, Rita Shroff. They lived in the Teen Batti area in Malabar Hill, Mumbai.
